It seems to be a steel mill that rolls out steel sheeting. It´s a problem report in which crinkle cuts as malfunctions keep reoccurring. It could be that steel sheeting is coiled around rollers, but that is just a guess. Otherwise, there is not enough information for me to determine what type of coil it is other than that the original German text already uses the word coil.

... this would definitely be another option. However, your mention of "loaded" raises the question of whether this is to do with rolling material onto a coil (to create a coil in the first place) or with feeding the material from the coil for further process(ing) steps.

The typical German construction of "(noun) erfolgt" is often better written as a direct verb phrase in English.
