For clarification: Use "EKG-Aufzeichnung" as further specification in the "Write-in field (For further specification)"; put "Ableitungsqualität" into the "Term or phrase" field, and the explanation and context (as you did) into the "Explanation/Context" field. Then place another query and do the same thing for "Niederspannung" :-)

Hello I assume you're trying to translate the two words in asterisks rather than "EKG Aufzeichnung". If so, the rules are that you should submit them as two separate questions.
