German term

Konditionengefüge

German to English Bus/Financial Retail
"Mischkalkulation ist zentraler Bestandteil des allgemeinen Konditionengefüges des Handels".

Can anyone suggest a suitable rendering of 'Konditionengefüge' in English?

The context is laws restricting the operations of large food retailers in the EU.
Any help would be most welcome.

terms and conditions

is what springs to mind, but I would use "common" instead of "general" for "allgmein" as "general terms & conditions" would be the equivalent of AGBs
