stitch and turn

a more common German term would be "verstürzen", and as Cetacea has pointed out "anstürzen is the Swiss form.

agree Lancashireman : Thank you for trawling through past terminology queries and drawing ‘row grave’ to the attention of the KudoZ robot (http://www.proz.com/kudoz/5180884). This is clearly another question that just needs a nudge past the finishing post.

disagree Kim Metzger : "anstürzen" is a verb. Stitch is "Naht"

disagree pj-ffm : What does "zu nähen füllen" mean? (At least I understood your usual "Imho"...)

disagree Cetacea : "anstürzen" is a verb, and it doesn't mean "zu nähen füllen", either.

reach quickly

In my opinion, the sentence:-

Innenhose an Bundansatznaht und im Saum mitfassen, an RV (Beleg und Untertritt) anstürzen.

means:-

Catch the inner pant at the seam joining the waistline and in the hemline, reach quickly for the zipper (facing and underlap).
Peer comment(s):

disagree Cetacea : "anstürzen" means rechts auf rechts aneinander nähen.

disagree Kim Metzger : Nothing to do with speed.

turn and join into

turn and join into zip (facing and underlap).

I think this is a way of ensuring these inside pants (whatever they may be) are not flapping around loosely inside an overgarment.

Stürzen

The woodworking term might help solve the problem. Anstürzen in sewing might be something along the lines of "lining up".

Beim Stürzen werden die Furniere so ausgewählt und zusammengesetzt, dass sich zwei Blätter spiegelbildlich gegenüberliegen (ähnlich einem geöffneten Buch, daher im Englischen „bookmatch“).

agree Cetacea : It's a Swiss term which means rechts auf rechts aneinandernähen und dann wenden.
