Die Stockwerkeigentümer bemängeln das optische Erscheinungsbild der Belagsoberfläche im gesamten Wohnbereich.

Die ca. 140 m2 schwarzen unglasierten FSTZ Bodenplatten wurden Ende 2012 verlegt.

Anlässlich des Wohnungsbezuges erfolgte eine Mängelrüge des optischen Erscheinungsbildes.

Diverse Reinigungs- und Imprägnierungsversuche zwischen 2013 und 2015 waren erfolglos.
