su proz ho trovato l'inglese: back shield gas e il francese: protection envers ma non mi aiuta molto perchè in italiano Wurzel è vertice. Io tradurrei semplicemente "protezione vertice", ma mi chiedevo se c'è un termine specifico per la saldatura
