Prova a cercare in italiano nipplo conico, dovresti trovare diversi fornitori e controllare come sono fatti. Il nipplo o giunto è un pezzo che appunto unisce ed è usato in idraulica (il che mi sembra il tuo caso). Non ho mai visto "Spüler" ma piuttosto"Nippel" in tedesco, direi che però potrebbe essere considerato un sinonimo. Non so...
