Asker: la verdad es que esta es la primera opción que se me ocurrió, pero luego prácticamente la descarté al ver que no se utilizaba en las propuestas gracias mil!

Explanation:
Otra alternativa: permite mantener la función de adjetivo de ambos términos. También pensé en "feudales", pero como podría referirse a nobles de mayor autoridad, que gobernaran sobre territorios más amplios que un feudo, quizá sea mejor dejar "provinciales", considerando por otro lado que "Land" puede ser también "provincia", como en "Bundesland".
