Meena work
Again, Meena work is famous throughout India and abroad. Even Indians refer to it as Meena work when speaking in English. I think you should transliterate this with an explanation in parentheses or as a footnote.
If the target audience is Europe/US, you should say enameling (as Seema suggests) and say Meena-work in parentheses.
