This will be the actual name given (as it is all one word) to an insurance policy that is sold to protect a mortgage. For example if the borrower dies or is injured and cannot work or for some reason cannot repay the mortgage, the policy will pay out.
Since it is the name of the policy you might like to leave the Italian and put the translation/explanation in brackets.
