6.9 Qualora un cliente acquirente (residente sul TERRITORIO del DISTRIBUTORE LOCALE) richiedesse a **** di essere servito direttamente, **** potrà servire detto cliente e riconoscerà al DISTRIBUTORE una provvigione pari allo stacco prezzo, ma solo dopo che il DISTRIBUTORE LOCALE avrà confermato per scritto alla **** l’inesistenza di debiti del cliente acquirente verso il DISTRIBUTORE LOCALE.
In questo caso, non essendo una richiesta del DISTRIBUTORE LOCALE, ma una richiesta di un cliente acquirente, il rischio del pagamento è a totale carico di ****.
6.10 **** può obbligare il DISTRIBUTORE LOCALE a concedere sconti importanti a specifici clienti residenti nel TERRITORIO. In questo caso, volendo il DISTRIBUTORE LOCALE può richiedere l’applicazione di quanto previsto al punto 6.8, senza l’obbligo però della responsabilità del pagamento da parte del cliente acquirente. **** comunque garantirá al DISTRIBUTORE LOCALE come stacco prezzo un importo non inferiore al 5% sul prezzo del venduto.
