cuotas / cuotas partes Explanation: Con respecto a la comunidad de bienes, el código civil español en su art. 393 hace referencia simplemente a "cuota". Yo siempre he usado simplemente "cuota", "cuota de inmueble"o "cuota de inmueble proindiviso". "Cuota parte" parece más usada en Hispanoamérica.
