In spagnolo non esiste la parola pieve che sarebbe tradotta come parroquia rural, secondo me dovresti aggiungere il chiarimento (cioè quello che ho aggiunto fra parentesi)forse come nota a pie di pagina per rendere meglio l'idea

io lo lascerei così, visto che ormai non si tratta più di una chiesa rurale (lo era al tempo in cui è stata costruita, oggi non lo è più) ed è un luogo sacro abbastanzza conosciuto in italia
