Japanese to English Bus/Financial Management
Context:
In 1961 when Japan was enjoying the "TWATO" economic boom, one of a series of postwar booms unprecedented in the history of the country......

This acronym appears in a textbook for managers which I am translating from English into Spanish, but I have not been able to find its meaning.
