Japanese term or phrase: 度のようなタイプの帳票がどれくらいどこから出力かの未投資を立てる。
the whole sentence is "アプリで集めた帳票一覧に目を通して、度のようなタイプの帳票がどれくらいどこから出力かの未投資を立てる。"

I want to know how 度のようなタイプの帳票is used here.

English translation:..., you make an estimate of which sort of list produces how much output, and to where.
Explanation:
"Looking through the table of lists, you try to estimate which sort of list produces how much output, and to where".

As far as I can tell, this line contains multiple typos.
 度のような = どのような
 未投資   = 見通し

I also think it's strange that "どこから出力か" does not contain a verb. "どこから出力されるか" or would be more obvious.

I am not sure about the use of 帳票 here because of a lack of contextual information, but usually this would be for example a weekly or monthly summary of all sales, or something of the like. Hence a "list" (in the query/report sense).

Of course depending on the context a 帳票 could very well simply be a ¥'form¥'.

Salman, 未投資 indeed means ¥'not yet invested¥' or something of the like, but it simply does not make sense in the context [given to us]. There is no expression like 未投資を立てる, but 見通しを立てる is a fixed expression meaning ¥'making an estimate¥'. A cheap wordprocessor or someone not very adept at typing in Japanese IME¥'s would easily make this mistake.
