Norwegian term or phrase: beskikkelse fra
This is from a course description for a military college. In the context, I am unsure what is meant by 'beskikkelse fra' in the below sentence:

"Av sistnevnte fremkommer det at skolen er underlagt militær kommando, disiplinærmyndighet og regler for opptak til og beskikkelse fra militære skoler."

Could it be 'rules for admission to and appointment from military schools' - but pretty unsure what this would actually mean?

Beskikkelse is an exression used when the defence forces hires someone that has had a temporary contract, been a conspricpt or when a public servant is hired for a military position (e.g.. in embassies).
