affected Explanation: The word "berørt" has besically two meanings. Literally, it means "touched", ie someone has actually touched the vents, and maybe altered them, as Bill says. It can also mean "affected" - if the point here is that the vents are not affected by the building (or whatever) of the power station, but they might still be used at some later stage. |
