Frikort The Norwegian meaning is 'frikort', a substitution for the normal 'skattekort' It is used mainly for youngsters earning a limited income during the year, and this income will be free from witholding tax.

The 'Rest frik.' then means 'Resterende frikort' - how much is left of the limited amount the frikort states.
