I think this is something pretty simple, isn't it? I've gone with "time penalty" so far, but I just want to double check.

Here's the context:
"Timebot gjelder for følgende ytelser: oppstart av feilretting og opprettholdelse av innsats."

Still makes sense I am afraid these levels are not abnormal in the oil-lubricated Norwegian economy these days - it makes perfect sense to me!

Makes sense... It certainly makes sense, and I did consider it as one of my first options - but I figured that the rate stated (NOK 1,500) was a bit steep if that's going to be charged per hour.
