Farris (Mineral water)

"Farris" is not a TYPE of mineral water! It is the brand name of a Norwegian mineral water, just as you have "Evian" for example. That's why I would leave it untranslated and put the translation in parenthesis.

Mineral water

If you're translating the bill, you can just say "Mineral Water" and have the Farris in parenthesis or not at all. So the other way round than I proposed earlier!
