O - percived bardziej do laika przemawia, niż wind chill. Przecież przy dużej wilgotności i braku wiatru, odczuwalna jest też inna niż mierzona, prawda?

Sorry, nie doczytałem - z nieruchomością powietrza wszystko jest OK (są to porównawcze warunki teoretyczne), natomiast problem jest z "saturated air" - trzeba by się nad tym zastanowić.:)

Bartek, różnica między t. rzeczywistą a t. odczuwalną powodowana jest głównie przez wiatr (w niewielkim stopniu przez wilgotność powietrza), natomiast w Twoim odsyłaczu jest mowa o powietrzu nieruchomym (nb. jest to drugie znaczenie tego terminu:)

I między innymi dlatego nei apsuje mi "wind chill". Czyżby temperatura odczuwalna dotyczyła jedynie temperatury odczuwalnej podczas wiatru???? Nawet w Wikipedii - "określa jakie odczucie termiczne wystąpi przy danych warunkach pogodowych."

Any warm object, like a human being, will lose heat when it is exposed to cold air. The greater the wind speed, the faster the object will lose heat. The difference between people and inanimate objects is that we feel or sense the heat loss. A temperature we feel is called a sensible temperature. Maybe you've noticed that some days feel colder than others when there is a strong wind blowing, even if the temperatures are the same! This phenomenon is known as wind chill. To estimate the heat loss based on temperature and wind speeds, we use the Wind Chill Index. Wind chill is referred to as an equivalent or sensible temperature, since it is not an actual temperature.
