agree  Sebastian Witte: Wobei es natürlich auch Verwalter mit Exekutivbefugnissen sein können (vgl. englisch directors), die befugt sind, die Rechtshandlung vorzunehmen, da monistisches System (nicht dualistisches System wie bei uns).
