Explanation:

As well as taking the form of a total stoppage of work, a strike can also be conducted in a manner whereby the performance of work is only partly withheld, for instance by simply slowing down ( go-slow ) or by insisting on an exaggerated observance of work regulations and safety provisions. This latter case is referred to as a work-to-rule, and occurs mainly in the public service . It is used, in particular, as a means of side-stepping the strike ban which according to case law applies to career public servants (\"Beamte\"). As a declared form of industrial action the work-to-rule, like the go-slow, is deemed to be unlawful.

Se pare ca la noi se deosebesc doar cele trei forme: japoneza, de avertisment si generala. In en. se fac mai multe diferentieri. Referinta Cristinei e f. buna!

Uite cate forme am gasit in germana, de curiozitate:

Arbeit nach Vorschrift / Bummelstreik
* Stiller Boykott und Boykott
* Sabotage
* Spontane Arbeitsniederlegung
* Sitzstreik
* Rollende Streiks
* Demonstrationsstreik
* Betriebsbesetzung / Leistungsstreik
* Sympathie- und Solidaritätsstreik
* Verbraucherboykott und Miet- und Fahrpreisverweigerung
* Warn- und Proteststreik
* Schwerpunkt- und Vollstreik
* Massen- und Generalstreik / Sozialer Generalstreik
