This is the start of a divorce judgement. I am unsure whether this term is a title describin "complete procedure" (i.e. it follows hereafter), or whether it is saying "The procedure was finalised" or "completed".

Therefore, I do not want a literal translation here, but merely the idea behind the phrase please.
