L'intera frase la tradurrei così:
La quota sociale non interamente versata può essere alienata o impegnata limitatamente alla parte già versata.
Il termine "quota sociale" comprende pienamente "Доля участника в имуществе".
Il concetto è che se un socio ha sottoscritto la quota pari a 1000 € ma ha versato solo 500 €, può alienare (cedere) od offrire in garanizia solo 500 €.
In Italia potrebbe cedere anche 1000 €, con l'obbligo, però, del nuovo socio di versare la differenza.
