Spanish term

contra la descarga

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Electronics / Elect Eng Floodlight Instructions
Instructions for Floodlights (Spain)

Is "descarga" referring to the discharge or water here? I've looked up IP65 and that seems to be the case. If so, is "discharge" the most appropriate term?

Many thanks in advance.
