Spanish term
Resultante Desembolsado

Central mercantile register
Hello,
I am translating a financial document and there's a part about changes to the Articles of Association and I have come across the term "Resultante Desembolsado".
Other terminology includes:
Ampliación de capital. Suscrito: ****Euros. Desembolsado: ****Euros. Resultante suscrito: ****Euros. Resultante desembolsado: ****Euros.
Can anyone help me with the mysterious 'resultante'? I know 'suscrito' is subscribed and 'desembolsado' is paid up.
Thank you
Natalie :)

Spanish term (edited):
Resultante Desembolsado / suscrito
Amount paid(-)up /subscribed for/ as a result
Maybe just turn around the word order.
(Amount) left paid-up/ subscribed *for* is a colloquial alternative, but resultant balance is misleading when it's the total, as in the previous answer.

: This makes no sense at all in the context of a capital increase.
