- sociedad anónima
- sociedad por acciones simplificada
- sociedad de responsabilidad limitada
- sociedades cooperativas
- sociedad civil
- asociación civil
- asociación en participación

- fideicomiso

Since there is a range of different kinds of entities, I would translate it as "business structure."
