business structure

Explanation:
In the link https://coem.mx/vehiculos-societarios-cual-elegir/, they list the following vehículos societarios that one could choose to form:

- sociedad anónima
- sociedad por acciones simplificada
- sociedad de responsabilidad limitada
- sociedades cooperativas
- sociedad civil
- asociación civil
- asociación en participación
- joint venture
- fideicomiso

Since there is a range of different kinds of entities, I would translate it as "business structure."

Here is an article listing the various ways one can structure a business in Canada: https://learn.marsdd.com/article/structuring-your-business-i...

The official website of Canada also refers to "business structure" in the following link: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/busines...

I think your example of "partnership type" is too specific, as it would exclude other types of business structures.

-> Thanks, Francois. It's interesting that we came to the same answer. I think it gives it a bit more certainty, don't you think?

agree  Amy Brown (X): This is the phrase I would use in English, and the link to coem.mx strenghtens the case for it.

agree  Adrian MM.: - the only slight problem is the non-corporate status of albeit 'corporation aggregate' ord. & gen. partnerships vs. *hybrid corporate-partnered LLPs* in Anglo-Irish-Am. law. // and the latter that Phil G. may need to do his homewor.k on.
