Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Purchase policy
Buenas tardes,

After receiving the complete service, purpose of this contract, to the full satisfaction ________________________ shall pay the difference between the invoice [value] and the previously mentioned advance payment.

En el glosario de Proz encontré el siguiente término; sin embargo, creo que no aplicaría en este contexto:

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (2): TechLawDC, patinba

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Discussion

Manuel Aburto (asker) Aug 30, 2020:
or ________________________ shall pay the difference between the invoice [value] and the previously mentioned advance payment after receiving the whole service, purpose of this contract, to its full satisfaction.

Here "its" refers to the Client/Owner.

satisfactorily received

Some of the other suggestions here are far too lengthy for the style of this text, particularly given the 'una vez' before this term. So it becomes: 'Once (...) has been satisfactorily received, (...)'

"timely complete" is stilted English but that's not the point here...

and obviously you would have to work it into the overall sentence structure

... once the service covered by this contract has been received in full.

...
will cancel the difference between the invoice and the advance referred to above, once the service covered by this contract has been received in full.

Personally, I find your versions unduly wordy, and I think you can simply, with all due respect. But, that is what I think.

Hope all is well?

Or ... "the service has been completed in full". I don't have a clue what service is being referred to here, but that this the general idea.

No problem, Manuel. Understand!
Note from asker:
Hi Taña, I do apologize for the late reply. I agree with you, my version is sort of wordy.

My appropriate translation:

Thanks Ninoslav, but I agree with Taña!
Peer comment(s):

disagree Taña Dalglish : With all due respect Ninoslav "it was received the advance payment in accordance with (the presented contract conclusion)", this is not proper English!//The second version, sorry, is no better! (conclusion contract that presented by the ...?? -- No!)

Thank you for attention. I'm sorry. I wanted to say "The advance payment paid (received) in accordance with the conclusion contract that presented by the service facility. It should be proper, now.
