Spanish term

Dirección de Despacho, Mesa de Entradas y Atención al Público

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) divisions within a Ministry
I am traslating a document that mentions various divisions within a Ministry in Argentina.
One of these divisions is the "Dirección de Despacho, Mesa de Entradas y Atención al Público". This office receives and dispatchs documents, letters, etc. A user who wants to file a request goes to this office, which later sents the request to the relevant area. I have been thinking about "Reception Office", "Front Desk" but I do not know if there is a better expression.
Thank you for your help.

dispatch, reception, and customer service directorate

Or department.

I think it would be wrong to translate it simply as "reception" or "front desk".

I think "division" would be wrong too - it doesn't say "división".

(Arg.) Sorting Department, Post Inwards and Help Desk

cf. Mesa de (los = reports) Partes at Court in Peru ('Filing Desk': Tom West III).

University Registry Office in the second web ref. doesn't fit here.

Unclear how the title parses, namely Dirección de Despacho, (de) Mesa de Entradas y (Mesa de) Atención al Público whilst my purported translation also leaves open whether the Desk is referable back to the Post.
Example sentence:

Dirección de Despacho 21 resdal.org Directorate of Administrative Management 21
