Sólo figura para referirse a los hijos "out of wedlock". La otra opción puede ser "widower of his first spouse XXX"? GRacias!

(notarial trans.) widower of XXX from his first nuptials

Explanation:
Nuptials is used in UK/City of London notarial translation of FRE noces and SPA nupcias, though is an unusual, formal term and generally to be found in usage for brideswear shops and suppliers.

neutral  AllegroTrans: Do you really think English speakers outside the little City of London notarial world are going to use this form of words? // it's merely a contract and lawyers and officials the whole world over will readily understand the plain EN version

-> If that translation reads in the right word order and is notarially certifiable as correct and acceptable for legalisation by every Consulate and Embassy from here to Timbucktoo, then it doesn't matter that the terminology is antiquated.
