I think the de buena fe - for 'acting in good faith' - may need to be incorporated and the wide, adversely impacting meaning reflect El artículo 89 del Código Civil modificado por la Ley 15/2015

NB the third parties prejudiced may well be the herederos of one of the divorcees who happens to die post-divorce and who may lose their rights of inheritance as a result:

'si después de dictada la sentencia fallece uno de los cónyuges, el trámite de notificación es un trámite procesal, por lo que podrá notificarse a sus herederos a los efectos de poder impugnar aquellos pronunciamientos que no le fueran favorables o *les pudiera perjudicar en su patrimonio*, subrogándose en la posición del fallecido.'
