Spanish term

tiene por recibida

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright Trust
Hola!!!! I am working on a Legal Trust translation from Mexico Spanish to U.S. English, and am having issues translating the following into English:

"Por su parte, el Fiduciaro se da por recibido de los Inmuebles, ad corpus y tiene por recibida la posesion de los mismos en el estado en el que se encuentran.."

My attempt:
" In turn, the Trustee takes cognizance of the Real Property, ad corpus, and tiene por recibida possession of them in the state in which they are found..."

I really don't get what "tiene por recibida" means.
I'd appreciate any help!
Thanks!

to put it in plain English (but obviously just that and just as an explanation)

deems the possession of such property to have been received

deems the possession of such property to have been received in the respective state in which it is located.
(I don't know the legal significance of such receipt, but that is what the sentence says.)

Correction: in the state (or condition) (of disrepair etc.) in which it exists.

(Trustee) accepts and takes possession of the real property in an "as-is" condition

or on an "as-is" basis.

Hope it helps, Sery!
