I vår mjukvara används ofta begreppen "preanalys", "preanalytisk", "postanalys", "postanalytisk" samt ett antal varianter av dessa. Hur bör dessa begrepp skrivas på engelska? Som ett ord, särskrivna eller med bindestreck?

Many long-established words, such as preamble, degrade, and prefix, do not require a hyphen since the prefix is viewed as fully fused.
That's not the case here!
Depending on the market (UK/US/AUS), I would still use the hyphen anyway; you can't go wrong in any continent!
Also here "pre" stresses out it's the activity/operation that proceeds the actual analysis, yet it is one word!

pre-analysis
As has been mentioned, in words like preamble and prefix the suffix has been established as part of the word. In pre-analysis this is not the case. The hyphen is required. (Even though the spell check in my computer does not like any of the three options.)
Discussion
Varför använder ni inte i stället ord som "föranalys", "efteranalys" etc. i den svenska versionen? Mycket enklare att förstå för vilken svensk som helst.
