Swedish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Lease contract (Building
Bastalet anges som det redovisas av SCB, dys med en decimal.

I'm not sure what dys means here. The basic figure is taken as that shown by Statistics Sweden....
And should it be "with a decimal point", or "to a decimal point".
Thank you very much for suggestions.
