Can anyone tell me what "snuttiplutti" means in English please? I've seen it in the context of cute pictures of animals/babies, so would it be "you little cutie" or something like that, just "cute"?
No specific context because it's in a list of answers to questions and I've no idea what the question was.
Thanks in advance

Adorable
I think adorable works pretty well here unless there's more 'babytalk' term in English
Example sentence:
Men jag vill inte att min katt ska va gullig o snuttiplutti i nåt rosa fjanthalsband

cutesy
Just google cutesy and you will get all the implications of "too cute", "cloyingly cute" etc. which fit well in with the criticism of snuttiplutti in your example.
