Fasiller Monuments

Turkish to English Other Tourism & Travel
This is a landmark in Konya, and I cannot find any references whatsoever. I suppose it stands in the same line with two other monuments - Ivriz Stone Monument and Eflatun Pinar Monuments. I would highly appreciate any help with transliteration (in English or in Russian, should you know it) and explanation what type of landmark that is, with links if possible.

Thank you.

The Fasıllar Monument

Fasıllar is the name of the village; there you have a stone monument (about 70 tons) depicting god between two lions. Looks like it's a single piece, so would use the singular form (Monument)

If I were to transliterate it into the Cyrillic script, my answer would be:
Фасыллар
(but I am not an authority on this!).
