Source text - English Steel part of suction anchor will be manufactured in the fabrication yard in Kherson Ukraine and it will be transported on the deck of the transportation barge to the Novorossiysk. After the transportation, the steel caissons will be lowered into the water. The anchor has no bottom, i.e. the floatability and
stability afloat are ensured at the expenses of air available inside the anchor casing (in compartments) between the deck, boards, inner bulkhead and water surface.
Once when they are in water trapped air will be released until suction anchor will obtain operational draft for the wet tow to the port near the Novorossiysk. In the port concrete slab will be formed on the top of the steel caissons while it is in free-floating condition.
Stability check of the steel caissons in free-floating condition lowered into the water with maximum initial air volume of 1500m3 and for operational initial air volume of 1050m3 have been included in this report.
Suction anchor with concrete slab and extra equipment required for the installation will be wet tow to the place of installation. Towing distance is around 10 miles and recommended maximum speed is 3knots therefore estimated time of towing is 16km/5.556km/h=2.88h.
Towing duration is less than 72 hours hence SA towing can be considered as Weather restricted marine operations and this operation may be planned with weather conditions selected independent of statistical data. Bollard pull calculation is analysed for Hs=1m and 15knot of wind speed.
Translation - Russian Стальная конструкция самозасасывающегося якоря собирается на производственной площадке в Херсоне, Украина, и транспортируется на борту грузовой баржи в Новороссийск. После транспортировки стальная конструкция спускается на воду. Якорь не имеет дна, т.е. его устойчивость и плавучесть обеспечиваются объемом воздуха, зажатым между крышкой, стенками, внутренними переборками якоря и поверхностью воды.
После спуска на воду часть воздуха стравливается до обеспечения необходимой усадки конструкции, с тем, чтобы транспортировать якорь до порта близ Новороссийска. В порту на стальные кессоны наносится бетонное утяжеление, пока якорь находится в плавучем состоянии.
В данный отчет включены результаты испытаний стальных кессонов в плавучем состоянии на устойчивость при максимальном начальном объеме воздуха 1500m3 и начальном рабочем объеме 1050m3.
Самозасасывающийся якорь с бетонным утяжелением и дополнительным установочным оборудованием буксируется к месту установки. Расстояние буксировки составляет примерно 10 миль, рекомендуемая максимальная скорость 3 узла, следовательно, расчетное время буксировки 16км/5,556км/ч=2,88ч.
Продолжительность буксировки менее 72 часов, поэтому буксировка СЯ относится к морским операциям при определенных погодных условиях, а сами погодные условия выбираются независимо от имеющихся статистических данных. Тяговое усилие рассчитывается при высоте волн Hs=1m и скорости ветра 15 узлов.

Source text - English As a general rule petroleum coke can be burned as some percentage of the fuel, in all gas or oil fired kilns. The amount of petroleum coke that can be burned is dependent on whether solid fuel handling equipment is on hand, available or feasible to install. Many gas or oil fired plants have been laid out and built with consideration given to the possible use of solid fuels in the future. ln these cases allowances have been made for rail, truck or barge unloading facilities storage areas and conveyor systems. These plants usually are built so that bunkers, pulverizers and burners can be easily installed.
There are a number of steam-electric plants that are currently or have historically burned a mixture of petroleum coke and gas or oil. A few of the plants known to do so are as follows:
1. Delaware Power & Light Company Delaware City, Delaware
This plant is equipped with a boiler that burns 90% fluid coke and 10%
natural gas or No. 6 residual oil.
2. Northern States Power Company, Minneapolis, Minnesota
This plant has a boiler using 75% petroleum coke and 25% nalural gas. (The boiler is not run using natural gas in the winter due to gas prices. During this period the coke is blended on conveyor belts with bituminous coal in a 30%-70% ratio and burned in a coal burning unit.)
3. A cemeni plant in lowa is successfully using a mixture of about 20% natural gas with B0% delayed petroleum coke in a cement kiln. Other companies in many parts of the United States are designing and installing equipmentto burn
petroleum coke with gas or oil.

When the motor is started to running in △ status and load the magnetic valve with power applied after a certain period of delay. air compressor is loaded and pressure inside gas tank begins to increase. When increased air pressure is more than higher pressures limit (value of unload pressure), electromagnetism valve for loading is de-energized and electromagnetism valve for discharging is energized, meanwhile, the air compressor operates without load. If air pressure decreases to set lower pressure limits (value of load pressure), the electromagnetism valve for loading is energized again and electromagnetism valve for discharging is de-energized. Air compressor operates normally to increase pressure in air tank. If the unload run time exceeds the set delay time of non-load, the compressor will automatically stop motor’s operation to achieve automatic shutdown after works without load for long time. Only when pressure decreases to lower pressure limits, the motor start operation according to course of starting, then circularly repeat this step.
③. Manual loading/unloading under automatic status
When compressor in automatically runs state and runs at unload operation, press down load or unloading button “ “, the electromagnetism valve for loading joggles a little and comes back to unloading status; if the pressure is less than relief pressure, the electromagnetism valve for loading is energized and it returns to unloading status until gas supply pressure becomes larger than relief pressure and device is at loading status. Unloading is performed when press down unloading button “S”. If the pressure is higher than loading pressure, the electromagnetism valve for loading is de-energized and turns to status of loading until gas supply pressure is less than loading pressure. If pressure is less than loading pressure, the unloading button do not function.

Компрессор загружается и давление в рабочей камере начинает расти. Когда давление превышает установленный предел (давление нагнетания) электромагнитный клапан на входе обесточивается, а на выходной клапан подается питание, что обеспечивает разгрузку компрессора. Когда давление падает ниже установленного значения (давления всасывания), электромагнитный клапан на выходе обесточивается, а на клапан на входе подается питание. При нормальной работе компрессора давление в рабочей камере увеличивается. Если время нагнетания превышает установленное время работы без нагрузки, двигатель компрессора автоматически отключается. Только после падения давление ниже установленного минимального значения запускается двигатель, и цикл повторяется.
③. Включение всасывания/нагнетания вручную в автоматическом режиме
При работе компрессора в автоматическом режиме в состоянии без нагрузки, нажмите кнопку “ “, всасывающий электромагнитный клапан приоткрывается, затем возвращается в режим нагнетания; если давление меньше, чем давление нагнетания, подается питание на всасывающий клапан, а после того, как поднимется выше давления нагнетания, переходит в режим нагнетания. Нагнетание включается нажатием кнопки “S”. Когда давление поднимается выше давления всасывания, всасывающий клапан обесточивается и остается в этом состоянии, пока давление не упадет ниже установленного. Source text - English CDSG1, 2012 discussed the response of the ECHA to written communications from the CD concerning SVHC thresholds. How the ECHA/EU intends to resolve the current inconsistency in threshold applications by 6 member states remains an open question. In addition, while guidance does discuss most of the new criteria and how to apply weight of evidence in Article XIII amendments, additional explanations could be helpful. CDSG1 also discussed the prospect of responding collectively to the Danish proposal on phthalates (http://www.echa.europa.eu/en/web/guest/view-article/-/journal_content/35c05346-a5cd-4e8a-a16b-14c2b751b0fc). The comment period closed on March 16, 2012. Members were asked to provide comments on the Danish proposal to the industry Co-Chair so that CD11 could assess whether there was a sufficient consensus of views to raise questions with ECHA on the Danish proposal. Several comments were received by the Industry Co-Chair. These will be discussed. The USCIB also was to consult with the Toy industry on this matter and share information at the CD.

Комментарии можно было оставить до 16 марта 2012г. Участникам было предложено оставить свои комментарии сопредседателю со стороны промышленности по предложению Дании, чтобы определить, имеется ли единое мнение с ЕХА по данному вопросу. Ряд комментариев был направлен сопредседателю со стороны отрасли. Они будут обсуждаться. Помимо этого, совет США по внешнеэкономической деятельности (USCIB) проконсультировался по данному вопросу с производителями игрушек и поделится имеющейся информацией в рамках Химического диалога.
