After completing my legal studies in the Netherlands and an LL.M from Georgetown University D.C., I became a member of the New York State Bar. For a few years I worked as an associate in a Wall Street law firm, and went back to the Netherlands where I joined an international import company.

I changed careers and have been working as a sworn (legal) translator since 1999.
