If at least 10 shareholders representing at least 30% of the capital should for serious reasons request the General Meeting to convene, the Board shall act accordingly and shall, within 15 days from the date of such request, send invitations for the purpose. In case the Board fails so to do, the Ministry, after consultations with the Concerned Authority, may, within 15 days of the date of application send such invitations at the request of the said shareholders or at the request of a lesser number of shareholders representing at least 30% of the capital. | Translation - English
إذا كان 10% على الأقل من المساهمين يمثلون 30% على الأقل من رأس المال يجب ان يطلبوا إنعقاد الإجتماع العام . المجلس يجب أن يتصرف بناءاً عليه و يجب ، خلال 15 يوماً من تاريخ هكذا طلب، أن يرسل الدعوات من أجل هذا الغرض. في حال فشل المجلس بفعل ذلك، يمكن للوزارة، بعد مشاورات مع السلطة المعنية، خلال 15 يوماً من تاريخ التقديم أن ترسل هكذا دعوات على طلب المساهمين المذكورين أو على طلب عدد أقل من المساهمين بحيث يمثلون على الأقل 30% من رأس المال. |
