Hello from Indonesia,

My name is Lusy Apriani. I like English language in a very young age, 4 years old, cause by watching Sesame Sreet. In that time there was only a few people able to speak and understand English. But I learn it for the first time from Elmo and friends. And fall in love for it.

I haven't take any certification or studied majoring in translation, infact I was study dentistry on 1999. While I studied Dentistry, I also took some translating jobs, because most of the dental books are in English. As the time goes by, I've got more interested in translating than continuing my study. And I primarily worked as a freelance translator for English to Indonesian until 2009.

At 2010 I've quit as a translator because I got a job as a call center for apartment which almost 80% of the buyer are foreigners. I took that chance because I want to practice my conversation.
And in 2014, I've opportunity to doing translation again, this time for English to Indonesian in a subtitling contents. its a new thing for me. And I like to learn something new and love to mastering it.

So, if there's any job opportunities to do subtitle or translating from English to Indonesian, please consider me as a partner. I'm not expert yet, but I have a strong willing to learn.
