Venne integralmente restaurata ed adattata a casa di famiglia verso la fine degli anni trenta dall'architetto Mingo TRUCCO, coetaneo di quel gruppo di architetti che fondarono il Gruppo 7 e il MIAR; allo stesso modo il giardino fu' concepito per fondersi con la casa. | Translation - French
Cette villa est un petit joyau d'architecture rationaliste. Elle fut intégralement rénovée et aménagée par l'architecte Mingo TRUCCO, contemporain des architectes qui fondèrent le Gruppo 7 et le MIAR, vers la fin des années trente ; parallèlement le jardin a été conçu comme le pendant de la maison. |

Architect Mingo TRUCCO designed the villa with only a few large rooms to occupy each floor. He combined the marble flooring and/or herringbone parquet flooring, the double casement windows, the radius top doors (as well as the door knobs) to fit the style and design of the whole building. Furthermore, he designed the furniture, making it into a wonderful harmonious whole. | Translation - Italian
La villa fu' voluta dall'architetto Mingo TRUCCO con pochi locali per piano. Egli ideo' una combinazione originale fra' pavimenti di marmo, parquet, finestroni, porte interne a semi-cerchio superiore (come pure le maniglie delle porte) per dare uno definitivostile all'edificio nel suo assieme. Allo stesso tempo progetto' il mobilio, fondendo il tutto in un assieme armonioso. |
