Translation - English Valsiner (2000) discussed the issue of the European ethnocentrism in Wundt’s work. It can be found in the different theories in psychology throughout the 20th century, especially until World War II. From this moment on, the Humanities turned their attention more consistently to the subjacent sociocultural and psychological determinants that motivated the holocaust’s acceptance by a significant part of the population, despite the uncritical acceptance of mass murders not being a particularity of this historical moment.

Bio
I am a Brazilian translator, interpreter, and Psychologist with 8 years of experience in English-to-Portuguese and Portuguese-to-English academic and technical translation. Having had a multi-disciplinary undergraduate training (at the University of São Paulo) made me comfortable with communication strategies, vocabulary, and expressions both in the Natural Sciences and the Humanities. I learned English as a child when I lived in Virginia and Florida, USA. I am currently studying translation and interpretation at Alumni, the best translation school in Brazil.
