Bio

I was born and raised in the Netherlands and from the start of my professional career I held high level executive positions at international companies. Translation was always part of my job. I worked in the travel, medical, technical and accounting/consulting industry. I moved to the USA in December of 1992 and consider English my second native language. I translate into UK EN as well as into US EN.

In 2010 I decided to become a full time translator. Since then I have translated 1 million words on average per year, mostly in the legal, financial and general business area. My strongest language pair is Dutch > UK EN or US EN. However, I also translate from DE > English. 

I pride myself on always making my deadlines.
