Conflicts of Interest
A “conflict of interest” occurs when an individual’s private interest improperly interferes with the interests of the Company. A conflict situation can arise when you take actions or have interests that may make it difficult to perform your work for the Company objectively and effectively. Conflicts can also arise when you obtain improper personal benefits for yourself or for your family members or others as a result of your position with the Company.
