As a Program Manager at the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), I managed all aspects of the program cycle and achieve intended results for various development programs in Bangladesh. With over 23 years of experience in this role, I have successfully led and completed multi-donor funded programs worth over £120 million in the areas of public financial management, access to justice, and nutrition besides providing translation services to my program beneficiaries and UK and other foreign counterparts.
I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, with a focus on HRM and Finance. I have also worked as an Environment Program Manager and an HR & Training Manager at FCDO, where I developed and implemented strategies for reducing carbon footprint, optimizing resource use, and enhancing staff performance and development. I have strong skills in negotiation, analytical, operations management, team building, and management. I am passionate about delivering impactful and sustainable solutions for the people and the environment of Bangladesh. |
