A Megrendelő a jelen szerződés aláírásával a felelősségkorlátozás elfogadása mellett egyben kijelenti, hogy a Szolgáltató által a jelen szerződés teljesítése fejében alkalmazott díjak olyan mértékben lettek megállapítva, amely a Ptk. 314.§-ban foglalt, a felelősségkorlátozás alkalmazásával arányos előny biztosítására vonatkozó követelményt teljes mértékben kielégíti.
Translation - English The provisions on the restrictions on liability contained in this Contract shall be stipulated by the parties with respect to the value of the consideration charged by the Service Provider and the generally accepted conditions that are used in the IT industry. The Client, by signing this contract, declares that it accepts the limitations on liability and that the fees charged for the performance of this contract were determined in a manner that fully satisfies the requirement, contained in § 314 of the Civil Code, pertaining to granting an advantage in proportion to the extent to which the limitation on liability is applied.
