Translation - English Subject to civil and criminal liabilities, the ASSIGNOR hereby represents that the BILLS OF SALE are the entire and definite agreement in force between the ASSIGNOR and the CLIENTS with respect to the CREDITS hereby assigned, and no additional agreement, amendment, or commitment of any kind has been made after the issuance of such BILLS OF SALE with the purpose of modifying any provisions thereof.
