ANSE SOURCE D‘ ARGENT, SEYCHELLEN ...
Translation - English WHO DOESN'T DREAM OF LONELY BEACHES?
Do they really still exist, these lonely ideal beaches? We searched far and wide and found out that they really do exist! You can find them on islands such as Fuerteventura, the Maldives or in lesser-known destinations such as Zanzibar. Some can only be reached via fishing boats or by ox carts, but that is precisely why they are worth a visit. Regardless of whether you actually make your dream come true or just visit these places in your imagination ... they are just beautiful.
EL COTILLO ON FUERTEVENTURA ...
Fuerteventura is the island of the Canary Islands with the lowest quantity of rainfall and the most secluded sandy beaches. There's nothing better, if you are looking for an undisturbed beach holiday and guaranteed sunshine. The dunes are almost endless along the coast. White sandy beaches and the azure blue Atlantic Ocean make the scenery of Fuerteventura unique. The long natural beaches at El Cotillo, an original existing fishing village in the northwest of the island, are still untouched and lonely – to the north of the lighthouse, in particular, you can find charming small beaches with fine limestone sand, protected in lagoon-like bays. The flight time to Fuerteventura from Germany is only about 4.5 hours. During winter, you can expect an average temperature of 24°C – simply delightful!
VELIGANDU, MALDIVES ...
The Maldives is synonymous with the sun and the beach. Where else can you find more than 1,000 islands with white sandy beaches to choose from. Like white and green blobs of colour they are distributed over the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. And there are still uncrowded beaches. For example, on the island of Veligandu – the name meaning "large sandbank" – in the Rasdhu Atoll. It is surrounded by a beautiful lagoon with a very fine sandy beach, long enough to provide each guest with their own little paradise under the palms. Maybe such a very special and memorable trip is what you've been waiting for ...
MATEMWE BEACH, ZANZIBAR ...
Zanzibar is not the first thing that comes to mind when you think about holidays on the beach. Yet the group of islands off Africa's east coast in the Indian Ocean is a tropical island paradise with beautiful, lonely beaches! A smell of cloves prevails, coffee is flavoured with cardamom, and tea with pepper – Zanzibar is an island for the senses. For beach lovers, the unspoiled east coast with its vibrant underwater world is especially recommended. Matemwe Beach lies in the northeast of the island – here you will come across a long, snow-white beach, crystal blue waters, and you'll find an undisturbed place in the shade of the palm trees.
LA SAGESSE BEACH, GRENADA ...
Grenada, an island of the Lesser Antilles between the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, is part of the Commonwealth – the Queen is the principal here. Is this the reason why this island is so friendly and quiet, just like the Queen of England? What is certain is that the beaches are truly royal – the La Sagesse Beach in the south of the island, for example, is a fine sandy, picture-perfect white beach with coconut palms, fragrant oleander, hibiscus and birds, and it is hardly visited by tourists.
ANSE SOURCE D'ARGENT, SEYCHELLES ...
The Seychelles in the Indian Ocean consist of 115 islands, of which only 33 are inhabited. One of the main islands is La Digue. Towards the west, beach fans will find a dream beach fringed by palm trees and the grey granite rocks typical of the Seychelles: Anse Source d'Argent, south of L'Union Estate, a former coconut and vanilla plantation. The sand is very fine and white, the water crystal clear and calm. Anse Source d'Argent is a famous beach – among the world's most photographed ones – but due to its vastness and because it can only be reached after a longer walk or by ox carts, there is ample space to enjoy this paradise in seclusion.

TIPPS & TRICKS FÜR IHR ZEITMANAGEMENT
• Planen Sie Ihren Tag entsprechend Ihrer individuellen Energiekurve.
Was muss dafür vorbereitet werden?
• Tätigkeiten in themenähnlichen Blöcken erledigen.
FAZIT
Seien Sie weiterhin motiviert, kreativ,
Translation - German Time management – tips & tricks for a more efficient way to plan your time
TIPS & TRICKS FOR YOUR TIME MANAGEMENT
• Plan your day in accordance with your individual energy curve. In the morning, for example, many people are at their most productive whereas after having lunch, their energy levels temporarily drop.
• Keeping things in order is important! That way, you do not waste precious time searching for work materials. From paper clips to important documents – everything should be in the right place. Only those things required for the task at hand should be on your desk. It helps increase your concentration.
• Write down a to-do list and update it every day. Write down more details about the tasks such as the submission date and any contact persons including their telephone numbers. It’s the best way to avoid endless searching.
• Prepare yourself each evening for the next day: What else is there to do? What needs to be prepared for this? Assign priorities.
• Prioritization according to the ABC analysis: Arrange your tasks according to their "importance" and "urgency" (according to D. Eisenhower, see illustration on page 11)
• Estimate the time required for the tasks. Provide a buffer for anything unexpected that may crop up. For urgent and important tasks (red box) you should allocate the most time.
• Immediately write down tasks to be done, thoughts and ideas! Particularly when you have problems switching off in the evenings, summarizing all your to-do items can be very helpful to help you relax.
• Complete activities in blocks based on similar topics. This helps you avoid having to rethink each task.
• Use Outlook as your electronic memory by setting reminders for organizing your task reminder.
• If you are working on many different projects, separate the relevant documents, for example, by using coloured folders or different storage baskets.
• Whatever you can do in 3 minutes, you'd better do immediately. This helps prevent small stuff accumulating.
• Switch off typical time wasters:
- With talkative people, meetings or telephone calls may take longer than intended. Exchange the most important information at the beginning and then, if necessary, end the conversation firmly but politely.
- Internet: The flood of information on the Internet is huge. Write down the reason for your research and specifically look for information on this topic only.
• Do not lose sight of the target and completion date
TIPS FOR MEETING CULTURE
• Stick to the specified duration of the meeting. If you notice during the meeting that the set time is running out, agree on the possible length of the meeting or arrange a new appointment.
• In large meetings, avoid the discussion of special issues that only concern some of the participants. Tip: Structure the meeting in the form of a pyramid. Topics that are important for everyone should be treated at the beginning; the more specialized a subject becomes, the more participants can leave the meeting.
• Never lose the thread or the reason for the discussion. If discussions do go astray, remind everyone of the aim of the discussion.
• Make a note of all agreements reached, the persons in charge and the estimated time. Each participant should thereupon receive all notes made.
IMPORTANT – THE BALANCE BETWEEN WORK AND LEISURE
Sleep, a balanced diet and exercise help promote relaxation and thus effective work! We often overdo things due to society’s expectations, which are rarely in our best interests. Listen to your inner voice. How do you feel on days when you only have time for a quick bite between two appointments or when you don’t even have time for your beloved hobby?
Be more aware of how you treat yourself and reserve some time in your schedule for your well-being! Make sure you’re eating a healthy and balanced diet, especially when your workload increases. A little exercise is better than no sport at all. A short walk in the fresh air, no matter what the weather, boosts the immune system and is relaxing. Experience nature as you breathe deeply in and out.
CONCLUSION
Continue to be motivated, creative, willing to work and, above all, enjoy your work! We would be delighted if some of these tips prove to be helpful for you. And don't forget: With time management you shouldn't end up with more work than you already have! Give yourself the most precious thing - time.
