It is good to hear that this type of problem is quite rare. Sometimes someone posts with what I believe to be an unusual problem and then dozens of others relate similar experiences. Happily, this doesn't seem to be the case here.

Of course, that's absolutely zero consolation for the one person it HAS happened to.
